Deon Hickey, ANU Laser Physics Centre, will be giving a talk about the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-wave Observatory (LIGO).

At the July Monthly Meeting we determined that there would be an opportunity for an ad-hoc DSN this Saturday since last week's had to be cancelled. An 18% waxing moon will set at 9:30pm.
